The family of Austin Lacey has established The Austin Lacey Fund (through the Mitchell Cancer Institute of the University of South Alabama)
to raise awareness for and to facilitate early diagnosis of cancer in
young adults, as well as to provide support services for young adults
who have been diagnosed.
Austin Lacey lost his battle with lung cancer at the age of 28 on May 4,
2011. Austin worked with his family to establish this fund before his
death so that other young people could get the early diagnosis and
treatment they need.
The Lacey family requests you consider a donation in Austin's honor. You can make a donation in one of two ways:
